DRW is a diversified trading firm with over 3 decades of experience bringing sophisticated technology and exceptional people together to operate in markets around the world. Students can expect to learn more about LRN, our 12-month Leadership Rotation Network, where they will have the opportunity to rotate through up to three middle and/or back-office teams – such as Global Trading Operations, Treasury, Product Control, Credit, Risk, Project Management, Business Management and Finance. Upon successful program completion, you will earn a post-LRN role on one of the participating middle/back office teams with the aim of alignment between both your career aspirations and DRW’s business needs. Please note that this event is specifically focused on our rotational program. We highly encourage bachelor's and master's students studying Business, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field, with a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
