Stress Management Workshop

This stress management workshop will be held on all five Tuesday evenings of September. The workshop provides law students with an opportunity to explore the most common mental health challenges that law students face. The rationale for this exploration is simple: engaging with the content and procedure of legal work can take a toll on one’s ability to maintain their mental health; confronting this reality in law school allows future lawyers to equip themselves with the awareness, coping strategies, and interpersonal acumen to enhance their practice and stay well. Imposter syndrome, anxiety, depression, and trauma will be addressed in this workshop. The intent of the workshop is to provide students with an opportunity to discover evidence-based ways of coping and “getting back to baseline” that work for them. No RSVP is needed and students do not need to commit to attending all five sessions. Please email Social Worker Sam with questions.
