Iowa Law Review Symposium 2026 - Philosophy at Trial

Law and Philosophy at Iowa and the Iowa Law Review are delighted to open registration for "Philosophy at Trial," a symposium focusing on philosophical issues in recent Supreme Court jurisprudence. The symposium will take place September 17, with topical panels and a keynote address by Lawrence Solum (Texas A&M and Legal Theory Blog).
