The Senior Staff Attorney for the U.S. Seventh Circuit will be on campus for for an informal conversation about their work with the Seventh Circuit. The panelist will discuss topics such as their decision to clerk, tips for applying to clerkships, the skills needed to serve as a Seventh Circuit law clerk, the typical day-to-day tasks of a law clerk at the Seventh Circuit, and how the clerkship experience has been useful in their subsequent roles. This program is designed for 2l and 3L law students and who are interested in learning more about clerking.
