After learning about the menu, attendees will walk through the Market Place and build a plate with support from a UHD Registered Dietitian. Then, it's time to dine and discuss! Attendees will engage in a guided conversation to share nutrition tips and tricks with their peers.
Attendees will need to use a meal swipe or purchase a walk-in meal.
