TriNetX Basic Training

TriNetX with University of Iowa Health Care provides researchers with the ability to securely explore limited, de-identified data from the Electronic Health Record.

  • This is a web-based platform that allows the user to specify inclusion and exclusion criteria to find populations of interest.

  • This tool is most useful for identification of patient cohorts for preparation to research.

  • ICTS provides TriNetX at no cost to University of Iowa Faculty, Staff and Students doing Health Science Research
