Intuitive Eating Seminar Series

Interested in improving your relationship with food, movement, and your body? Join Student Wellness for our Intuitive Eating Seminar Series, Nourished at Iowa — a flexible, non-diet approach to health and well-being.

This four-part seminar series is designed for students who want to learn more about Intuitive Eating without committing to a multi-week workshop. Each session stands alone, so you can attend just one topic or join all four throughout the year.

Sessions are discussion-based, interactive, and grounded in a weight-inclusive approach to wellness.
