A vocalist and saxophonist, Braxton Cook is a fresh voice in contemporary jazz with an ear toward R&B sensibilities. His songs can recall late-night slow jams or heady, blue-note workouts—and sometimes both. Cook has toured with luminaries like Christian McBride and worked with pop stars like Rihanna. His aesthetic range allows him to shape each song into its own remarkable world.
