Join us September 1–2, 2026, for a convening of lawyers, leaders, and advocates to share collective learning on the legal landscape facing forcibly displaced people in the United States. Conference attendees will explore collective enterprise and collaboration to address and fulfill the rights of due process, security of person, and non-discrimination for all those moving through humanitarian pathways.
This conference centers on the challenges and opportunities facing Afghan and Ukrainian community members, as well as others arriving through humanitarian legal pathways (SIV, TPS, parole, etc.), in Iowa.
