At this annual meeting, UISG and GPSG provide a shared vision to guide the next year of shared governance. Following opening remarks by UISG President Rachel Zuckerman, GPSG President Josh Schoenfeld, and University of Iowa President Bruce Harreld, these resolutions were voted on by the student governance in attendance and presented to University of Iowa administrators, faculty senate leadership, and staff council leadership. 

UISG and GPSG voted to approve three resolutions, briefly:

J.R.1. In support of the participation of campus partners in voter registration.

J.R.2. Stating the Graduate and Professional Student Government's and the University of Iowa Student Government's support of endeavors aiming to promote the hiring of diverse staff and faculty.

J.R.3. In support of increased transparency of current and proposed tuition dollar allocations.
