LeaderShape and the University of Iowa partnered to host a session of the Institute. The 2020 session will be held from January 14-17, 2020.

This is the first year we are offering a four day program, in the hopes of making the program more accessible for all students on campus. Students spend four days off-campus before the spring semester begins, engaging in an intensive leadership experience that provides participants with the tools necessary to become visionary leaders. To date, more than 60,000 participants from colleges, universities, and corporations from across the country have attended the Institute.

There is NO COST to attend if you are selected, courtesy of the University of Iowa Student Government and the Graduate and Professional Student Government. The honor of being chosen to participate is undeniable and the experience will be unforgettable.
