Applications to be GPSG Grant Reviewer Due Sept. 14

Do you want to:
• Boost your resume from the comfort of your own bed
• Get an inside look at the Iowa research community
• Network with other graduate and professional students
• Get involved with the Graduate and Professional Student Government at UIOWA

All with a minimal time commitment of just three (3) hours every other month?

Then apply to become a GPSG GRANT REVIEWER! The GPSG Grants Committee relies on reviewers to score and rank grant applications. As a reviewer, you'll support your fellow graduate and professional students by helping the GPSG Grants Committee decide which student projects get funded. All of this is done in your home, on your laptop, on your time. Last year the GPSG Grants Committee dispersed nearly $70,000 in grants to 129 graduate students to help fund their research and service projects and conference travels. All thanks to reviewers like YOU!

Applicants must:
• Be enrolled in a graduate or professional program for 2020-2021 academic year
• Have access to a computer
• Make a two to three (2-3) hour time commitment three (3) times a semester
