On Friday, August 25th, Hurricane Harvey, a category-four hurricane, made landfall over Texas, causing unprecedented and catastrophic flooding and damage in Houston, Galveston, and Corpus Christi. This past week we have continued to see the damage expand to areas in Louisiana. Thousands of people have been left without electricity, clean water, and housing. Among those impacted include members of our Hawkeye community.

Let us offer our support through action and solidarity. We encourage you all to support the victims and families of Hurricane Harvey.
