My name is Bethany Walczak (she/her)and I am a 5^th year student in the School Psychology PhD program. I am passionate about research and clinical work surrounding mental health and psychological support, and this will be my second year in this position! I graduated from the University of Iowa in May of 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Educational Psychology. I was born in Milwaukee, WI but have called Iowa City home since 2017. My priority this year is to work directly with the deans of all colleges across campus to educate and advocate for the expansion of the embedded therapist program. I am excited to continue my work in this field and serve fellow graduate and professional students!
