I'm Brendan Powers (He/Him). I am a third year in the Physics and Astronomy Department where I work with a variety of variety of satellite data including NASA Magnetospheric Multiscale mission and Voyager 1 & 2. I am also a member of the TRACERS satellite science team. I am also active with UE local 896, Campaign to Organize Graduate Students, the TA/RA union here at Iowa. I believe graduate student voices are important and we must make ourselves heard by the university. The university works because we do.
