My name is Alan Kim, and I am a second-year dental student at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. I currently serve as the President-Elect of the Iowa American Dental Student Association (ASDA) and represent District 8 as Treasurer. 

Before dental school, I attended Marquette University and the University of California, San Diego, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Public Health and competed as a collegiate soccer player. 

Originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, I am excited to be back in my home state, where I am dedicated to advocating on behalf of all graduate and professional students at the University of Iowa.
