Biography

Hello! My name is Angeline and I am a second-year medical student at the Carver College of Medicine. I am from Sioux City, IA and received my bachelor’s degree in Human Physiology and a Philosophy minor from the University of Iowa. Currently, I am a clinic coordinator for the Iowa Mobile Clinic and the chapter director of ReSpectacle, a nonprofit that provides free eyeglasses to those in need. I also serve in leadership roles for Upstream Clinic, the Asian Pacific American Medical Student Association, and as the Diversity Chair for the CCCOM McCowen Learning Community. I look forward to serving GPSG as the delegate for the College of Medicine and as a member of the GPSG Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee this year.
