My name is Matthew Klaes (he/him), and I am a second-year law student. I am a born and raised Iowan, and I received my chemistry degree from Iowa State University. Last year I was a Grants Committee member, grading grant applications. I have always enjoyed serving students, with prior experience as the finance director of the undergraduate student government at Iowa State. My role is to help facilitate the ideas and projects of the delegates, executive directors, and the President and Vice-President of GPSG. I am looking forward to this exciting year serving University of Iowa graduate and professional students!
