Hi, I’m Lily. I’m a second-year PhD student in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department and IIHR-Hydroscience and Engineering, where my research focuses on the socio-economic impacts of flooding. I am originally from Central Wisconsin and received my BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and my MS in Civil Engineering from UW-Madison.  I am currently the president of the Students of IIHR organization and the treasurer for Graduate Student Senate. In my free time, I am usually out biking, running, or skiing.
