Take a break from studying and meet up with a collective of other graduate and professional students for GPSG's Podcast Club. Led by the GPSG Interprofessional Committee, this month's podcast pick is "Humanity Archive."

Hosted by Jermaine Fowler, the podcast's bio reads: "The Humanity Archive is your home for the most provocative, honest and fascinating stories from history. With the most compelling narratives and diverse conversations. This is not the history you learned in school." Recent episodes from the podcast include "The Black History Month Podcast," "The Great Migration," and "History of Police in America."

How to join the "club?" It's super easy, casual, and fun.
1. Listen to an episode or two (or many!) of the selected podcast.
2. Show up to the monthly meeting. This month's meeting is on Thursday, Feb. 25 at 6pm CST. The Zoom meeting link is: https://uiowa.zoom.us/j/99406296451
3. Discuss with other attendees your thoughts on the podcast, share information you learned on the episode(s) you listened to, and learn from others.

Pass this upcoming Podcast Club meeting on to your friends, colleagues, & classmates; the club is all open to all graduate and professional students.
Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to attend all University of Iowa-sponsored events. If you are a person with a disability who requires a reasonable accommodation in order to participate in this program, please contact gpsginterprofessionalchair@team.uiowa.edu.
