Leaders of GPSG, UISG, and student leaders from Iowa State and UNI submitted an Op-ed that was published in the Des Moines Register today. Our leaders called upon candidates to go on record and expressly state their position on funding Iowa's Regents institutions.

On Friday, August 25th, Hurricane Harvey, a category-four hurricane, made landfall over Texas, causing unprecedented and catastrophic flooding and damage in Houston, Galveston, and Corpus Christi. This past week we have continued to see the damage expand to areas in Louisiana.
